1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FuelON Bharat platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. About FuelON Bharat

FuelON Bharat Private Limited (CIN: U63119GJ2026PTC173204) operates a digital fuel credit platform connecting businesses with partner petrol pumps across India. Incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. Registered office at C/904, Titanium City Center, Anand Nagar Rd, Satellite, IIM, Ahmedabad City, Ahmedabad 380015, Gujarat.

3. Eligibility

You must be a business entity registered in India with a valid GST number. Individual consumers are not eligible.

4. Fuel Credit Line Terms

• Credit lines assessed based on CIBIL score, bank statements, and financial profile
• Approved credit limits at the sole discretion of FuelON Bharat
• Zero interest applies within the approved credit window only. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts.
• Payment due dates: Day 18 (15-day cycle), Day 33 (30-day cycle), Day 48 (45-day cycle)
• The credit line is a revolving facility and is not a loan
• You are responsible for all transactions made by authorised users on your account

5. Partner Petrol Pump Terms

• Partner pumps must be licensed and compliant with all applicable regulations
• Fuel must be dispensed accurately as per platform transaction authorisation
• Settlement terms as agreed at registration and may be updated with notice

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
